ToolKitX is a cloud-based SaaS platform that unifies health, safety and environment, operations, and asset management on a single shared database. Built for power grids, renewable energy sites, large facilities, terminals, and other industrial assets and infrastructure, it replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, paper forms, and disconnected point solutions that slow operators down and create compliance risk.
The platform brings 26 functional modules together under one login, including Electronic Permit to Work, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Certificate Management, Asset Management, Work Order Management, Tank Terminal Management, Document Management, GPS Tracking, and Inspection and Testing. Customers select only the modules they need and pay for what they use, with the option to extend coverage as operations grow.
ToolKitX is accessible from any browser with no software installation, and from native iOS and Android apps for field teams. Data synchronises in real time across devices, so project managers, on-site workforces, and external stakeholders work from the same information. A new project can be set up in under an hour using proven templates, and the platform supports 18 languages.
