New Developments and Extended Manufacturing Capabilities

First Participation in Middle East Electricity Dubai
Sepa-Tech takes part in Middle East Electricity in Dubai for the first time and also participates in the trade fair in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. These international trade fair appearances support the company’s growing presence in global markets.

2018
First Project in Asia
Sepa-Tech completes its first project in Asia: a hydraulic cable trolley in double size with a four-wheel drive system for a project in Hong Kong, supplied for the company Leitner. In the same year, Sepa-Tech expands its production hall and adds a new office building including a training room.

2017
Quality at the Highest Level
Sepa-Tech extends its certification to the latest ISO 9001 standard. The certification covers the development and production of specialized products for overhead line construction, the machining and assembly of metal parts, as well as welding work for aluminium, aluminium alloys, and stainless steel.

2016
Continued Growth
Sepa-Tech continues to grow. The construction of an additional production hall and office building begins, and the company hires its first sales representative.

2014
New Products for Overhead Line Construction
Sepa-Tech develops its first cable trolley for overhead line construction. Certification also follows for work ladders and work platforms used in overhead line construction.

ISO Certification for Overhead Line Construction Products
Quality remains the company’s top priority in its new business field. Sepa-Tech receives ISO 9001:2008 certification for the development and production of products for overhead line construction.

Entering the Field of Overhead Line Construction
Sepa-Tech begins developing and manufacturing accessories for overhead line construction, laying the foundation for a new and highly specialized business area.

Sustainability and Environmental Responsibility
Sustainability and environmental protection have always been important to the Pagliazzo family. The roof of the production hall is equipped with solar panels, and Sepa-Tech now employs more than ten people.

Quality management becomes increasingly important. Sepa-Tech receives ISO 9001:2008 certification for the first time.

Quality Management System Certified by TÜV
Sepa-Tech receives ISO 9001:2000 certification for the first time. At the same time, the production of air freight containers is running at full speed.

Sepa-Tech Continues to Grow
Due to strong demand, a production hall is rented in Engen and the first employees are hired.

1988
The Foundation Stone Is Laid
Sebastiano Pagliazzo becomes self-employed as a trained welder. He provides on-site welding services for various companies, laying the foundation for what would later become Sepa-Tech.
